Rules of accommodation

These rules establish the procedure for check-in, accommodation and provision of hotel services at «Mayak Hotel» - a branch of Joint-Stock Company «Hotel Complex «Slavyanka».

Official time of check-in and check-out

Check-in of guests to the hotel is available from 14:00 local time.

Check-out time is 12:00 local time. At the end of the period of stay, no later than the check-out hour, the Guests must vacate the room and remove their belongings.

If the Guest wishes to extend the stay, he/she should inform the front office no later than 2 hours before the check-out time - at 12:00 local time. Extension of stay in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed booking in favor of a third party.

Early check-in and late check-out

If the Guest checks in before the set time of arrival (early check-in) and then stays at the hotel for at least a day, the room fee for the period from the time of check-in to the time of check-in is charged in an amount not exceeding the fee for half of the day.

If the period from the time of check-in to the time of arrival is more than 12 hours, the Guest will be charged at the rate of the cost of the day.

If the Guest is accommodated after the check-in time and leaves the room the next day before the check-in time (period of less than one day), he/she will be charged for 100% of one day's stay.

If the Guest is late at the hotel, he/she will be charged as follows:

  • from 12:00 to 18:00 – 25% (twenty-five) of the cost of stay per day;
  • from 18:00 to 00:00 – 50% of the cost of stay per day;
  • after 00:00 – payment for one day.
  • Accommodation with children

    Children under 3 years stay for free. A free crib is available upon request (if available at the time of arrival).

    For adults and children from 3 years an additional bed, a double couch, is available on request. The cost of an extra bed for children from 3 years is 600 rubles per day. Meals are not included.

    Registration of minors under the age of 14 years old in the Hotel is carried out on the basis of identity documents of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians, accompanying person (persons), provided that such accompanying person (persons) provided consent of the legal representatives (one of them), as well as birth certificates of these minors.

    Registration of minors aged 14 to 18 years in the hotel in the absence of their legal representatives is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors, subject to the consent of the legal representatives (one of them).

    If minors are not accompanied by their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), or if the person(s) accompanying them cannot provide an employee of the hotel with the original document certifying their authority to accompany the minor, the hotel is entitled to refuse such minor and unauthorized accompanying person(s) to register and stay at the hotel, even in case of guaranteed booking.

    Terms and prices of additional places

    It is possible to provide an additional bed, a double couch, in any room by prior request.

    Cost of an additional place – 600 rubles per day without meals.

    Check-in rules and necessary documents for registration

      Check-in of the Guest to the hotel is carried out on providing an identity document, issued in the prescribed manner:

    • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, which certifies the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;

    • passport of a citizen of the USSR, which certifies the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced by a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the prescribed period;

    • birth certificate – for a person under 14 years of age;

    • passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation – for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;

    • passport of a foreign citizen or any other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;

    • document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;

    • temporary residence permit for a stateless person;

    • residence permit of a stateless person;

    • refugee certificate;

    • travel document issued to a person recognized as a refugee in the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the procedure established by federal law.


    The Guest must fill out the form with details of all the points in it according to the data of the identity document, sign it personally and indicate the date of completion.

    Rules of payment for stay

    Payment for accommodation and services in the Hotel is made at prices according to the price list approved by the Hotel management. Payment is made in cash in rubles, by non-cash transfer under the contract of booking or with the use of payment (credit) cards. Check-in at the Hotel is made only after making an advance payment for the whole anticipated period of stay. The final invoice for services rendered is issued at the check-out of the guest.

    There are ways to make prepayments by bank card:

    • through the booking module when making a booking online on the hotel's website. 

    In this case, payment by card is made online through the online acquiring set up in the booking form.

    Rules of stay at the hotel

    For guests staying in the hotel, the entrance to the hotel is by guest card.

    • When leaving the Hotel, the Guest must hand over the key card to the front office.

    At your request and by permission of the administrator of the Hotel, visitors can stay in the room from 8:00 to 23:00. The visitor's entrance pass to the Hotel must be issued by the administrator on duty upon presentation of the visitor's identity document no later than 22:00. If visitors stay in the guest room after 23:00, these persons must be registered and made to move into the guest room or another available room, according to the approved price list of the hotel. The Guest is responsible for the actions of visitors invited to his/her room, including liability for damage, violation of the no-smoking policy, and refusal to pay for services rendered by the Hotel to such persons.

    • It is forbidden to smoke in the Hotel. Cost of additional cleaning of the room from the smell of smoke – 1,500 rubles.

    • In your absence, no unauthorized persons should be in the room. It is forbidden to give them the key card or room keys.
    • Do not leave valuables in your room.

    • Do not disturb hotel guests, keep quiet and respect public order. After 23:00, mute the TV and radio.

    • It is not allowed to keep animals, birds, reptiles, etc. in the room.

    • It is forbidden to bring and store bulky things, explosive, flammable, toxic, narcotic materials and substances in the rooms.

    • When leaving the room, do not forget to close the water taps, windows, and turn off all electrical appliances.


    The Hotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electricity, heat, water supply).

    The hotel is entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services or refuse to extend the stay or evict the guest if the guest and/or persons invited by them violate these rules of stay, fail to pay for hotel services on time, cause material damage to the hotel and/or third parties located on the territory of the hotel.

    The guest is liable in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Russian Federation for material damage to hotel property in the amount established by the price list approved by the Hotel at the time of the claim, as well as for damage to the life and health of the staff, violation of the no-smoking rules. Damage is reimbursed on the spot, before the Guest leaves the Hotel.

    The hotel administration reserves the right to visit the room without the guest's consent in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation of these rules of accommodation, public order, order of using household appliances, as well as in cases where there is reason to believe that the guest needs emergency medical care.

    In case of complaints from guests, the hotel administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict, stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Terms of linen change regime:

  • in standard rooms - once every 3 days. If necessary, you can always order a change of linen and towels for an additional fee by contacting the hotel administrator.

Confidentiality and security

Check-in of guests to the hotel is available from 14:00 local time.

Check-out time is 12:00 local time.

At the end of the period of stay, no later than the check-out hour, the Guests must vacate the room. Management of «Mayak Hotel», a branch of JSC «Hotel Complex «Slavyanka», cares about the safety and comfort of its guests. The hotel has a security services, the public areas are under round-the-clock video surveillance. There are free safes in the rooms for storing valuables, as well as a safe at the front office, a free secure storage room.

If the Guest wishes to extend the stay, he/she should inform the front office no later than 2 hours before the check-out time - at 12:00 local time. Extension of stay in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed booking in favor of a third party.

When processing data about guests, the administration of «Mayak Hotel», a branch of JSC «Hotel Complex «Slavyanka» is guided by the Regulations on processing and protection of personal data guests residing in hotels of JSC «Hotel Complex «Slavyanka» on the basis of Federal Law 152 «On Personal Data», and strictly follow the articles of the Act, which allows our guests to be confident that the data needed to check in the hotel is protected by strong security and will not be used by third parties.

We ask our guests to follow fire safety rules and hotel rules when staying at the hotel.

Terms of booking

A booking is considered guaranteed if:

  • the guest made full or partial prepayment in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer;

  • the customer of hotel services sent a letter of guarantee on the official letterhead of the organization.

In this case, the hotel waits for the Guest until 12:00 noon on the day following the scheduled arrival day. In case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the date of arrival), late arrival or no-show, the guest or the person who ordered the hotel services will be charged for the actual downtime of the room in the amount of one night's stay. In case of a delay of more than one day, the guaranteed booking is cancelled.

In all other cases the booking is non-guaranteed.

In case of a non-guaranteed booking, the hotel expects the Guest until 18:00 local time on the planned day of arrival, after which the reservation is cancelled. Late Guests may be checked-in under general conditions, subject to availability of free rooms.

Booking is considered valid when the Guest (other person who orders hotel services) receives a confirmation from the hotel, which contains information, including the category (type) of the ordered room, its price, the terms of booking, the duration of stay at the hotel. The Guest (other person who orders hotel services) has the right to cancel the booking in the manner and time specified by the hotel in the notification of the confirmation of the booking.

Types of rates and cancellation rules

The hotel works on dynamic rates. Dynamic rate is formed in accordance with the approved basic Price List with official open prices and the Sales Policy, which specifies the rules for the application of rates.

Depending on load, seasonality, competitive environment, all prices and offers can be:

  • changed without notice;
  • limited in time, availability and validity;
  • confirmed under other conditions and restrictions.

The price is guaranteed to the Guest after the booking is made and the Guest is informed verbally or sent a booking confirmation number.

The price does not include any incidental charges or services that the Guest may use during their stay.

Basic types of rates:

1. Basic rate without meals, basic rate with breakfast - rates published by the hotel in public sales sources, which can be applied to all booking channels: for direct booking, booking through online systems, through intermediary companies, counterparties, as well as for companies with which there is no contractual relationship. Cancellation without penalty is possible no later than 24 hours before the date of arrival. In case of non-arrival or cancellation of a booked room in less than 24 hours, a penalty of 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.

2. Non-refundable rate – the rate with the maximum possible discount available at the time of booking. This rate is also used by the hotel during periods of high occupancy. The full prepayment of 100% is mandatory. Booking is valid only after full advance payment. In case of non-arrival, change of booking details (period of stay, room category, number of people, etc.), the paid price is not refundable.

Note that in the case of prepayment by bank card, you will need to show the bank card used to make the booking, and the identity document of the card holder on arrival. The hotel has the right to refuse to check-in if the necessary documents are not available or if the guest whose card was charged is not the one who has checked-in.
